2008.08.25 Mentor, Ohio-based DCR Systems has recently entered into an alliance with Toyota Motor Sales USA Inc. to offer DCR’s patent-pending, “LEAN” based operations model exclusively to Toyota Dealerships that choose to outsource the management of their collision center operations.

The alliance enables DCR Systems to focus its expansion efforts on over 750 Toyota dealers in the United States without body shops.

Under the agreement, DCR Systems will operate only Toyota-Certified Collision Centers in the United States for a five-year period. DCR Systems facilities will continue to repair all makes and models of vehicles, as do all Toyota-Certified Collision Centers. DCR already manages collision center operations for three U.S. Toyota Dealerships that utilize CAR-O-LINER’s LEAN Collision Repair Systems. DCR Systems considers the CAR-O-LINER Company a key Strategic Alliance Partner in the Collision Repair Industry.
